Job summary

point architects pte. ltd. is seeking a capable project architect capable of leading a full architectural cycle—from conceptual design to authority submissions for industrial projects.

You will collaborate with the design team, present to clients, and oversee tender packages, authority submissions, and construction phase coordination. The role requires leading meetings, documenting minutes, and managing site coordination and contract processes.

Qualifications

• Involvement in the full circle of architectural practice.
• Experience leading teams to prepare presentations for clients.
• Ability to prepare tender packages and authority submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead presentation to clients and prepare tender packages.
• Oversee authority submissions for projects.
• Manage project execution during construction as project architect.
• Chair weekly client–consultant meetings and progress meetings; prepare minutes.
• Site coordination with contractors; respond to RFI and similar queries.
• Handle contract management during construction including interim certificates and architectural directions; respond to RVO.

• As the team lead in preparing presentation to clients, tender package and authority submissions.
• Project management during construction as the project architect. Responsibilities include chairing weekly client-consultant meetings and progress meetings; preparing minute of meetings; site coordination with contractors; responding RFI and etc.
• Contract management during construction such as issuing interim certificate; issuing architectural instruction / direction; responding RVO and etc.
