Job summary

NTU Shared Services (NSS) Finance is seeking a capable Accounts Receivable professional to join the Student Finance team. You will monitor receivables, manage outstanding debts, enforce credit control, and prepare regular management reports, ensuring revenue recognition aligns with university policy.

The role involves timely billing, revenue collection, journal postings, and assisting in financial aid disbursement, with opportunities to learn multiple systems and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree / Equivalent Qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure.
• Service oriented, hands-on, meticulous, analytical and have initiative.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and IT savvy.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power Query or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
