Job summary

The National University of Singapore's Office of Finance invites a Diploma holder with 3+ years in student finance to join a two-year term contract at Kent Ridge Campus. You will support refunds, external organisation billing, GIRO processing, and scholarship activities.

You will handle EduRec, FA calculations, OAP refunds, and monthly general ledger reconciliations, working with SAP Financials, Excel, and Power BI, while delivering accurate financial services to students and faculties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounts or GCE A Level.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in student finance related area.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and SAP Financials; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in student finance tasks including refunds, GIRO, scholarships, and billing.
• Process billing to external organisations and monitor payments.
• Handle student inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and emails in Salesforce.
• Upload GIRO files and maintain FA calculations in EduRec/OAP/L3AP.
• Conduct monthly GL reconciliations for External Organisation and Scholarships.
• Support loan signing activities and related FA processes.
