Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Production Support Analyst to support CitiFTP across global platforms. You will manage incidents, monitor health, and assist with releases, working with Development, Infrastructure, and Operations to ensure stability and controls.

You will develop complex SQL queries, leverage Unix/Linux scripting, and document procedures while coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruption and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years in Application/Production Support or Technology Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for enterprise apps.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and problem resolution.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Understanding of incident, problem, change and release management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 application support and incident management.
• Investigate, resolve incidents, service requests, and issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive remediation actions.
• Monitor application health, feeds, batch processing, and SLAs.
• Coordinate incident resolution across multiple teams.
• Support releases across development, test, UAT, and production.
• Develop SQL queries and perform data analysis for troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain support documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with business users, operations, and tech partners.
