Job summary

LANDI Global is seeking an Applications Specialist to own the operational and functional aspects of enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, Atlassian, and data integrations. The role combines application support, business analysis, release coordination and vendor management, serving as the primary escalation point for L2/L3 incidents and requests in a growing global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise applications
• Salesforce experience is mandatory
• Own incidents, enhancements, releases and vendor escalations across at least two critical platforms

Responsibilities

• Own daily health checks, service availability and scheduled jobs for assigned applications
• Act as L2/L3 escalation for incidents, requests and defects
• Coordinate release, change and lifecycle management activities
• Maintain appropriate support models, runbooks and SOPs
• Coordinate data interfaces, APIs and integrations across systems
• Provide training and documentation to ensure adoption and governance
