Job summary

LANDI INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an Applications Specialist to own enterprise apps, including ERP, CRM, Salesforce and Atlassian. You will handle operations, analysis, release coordination, integrations and vendor management across a growing global environment.

The role requires strong incident ownership, testing, documentation and capacity to collaborate with cross-border teams in a fast-paced IT setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in information systems, CS or related field.
• 4+ years supporting enterprise applications in multi-site environments.
• Experience owning incidents, releases, and vendor escalations across at least two core platforms; Salesforce required.

Responsibilities

• Own application operations, health checks and escalation for incidents and changes.
• Engage process owners to map requirements, manage backlog and test scenarios.
• Coordinate API integrations, data reconciliation and documentation.
• Manage change lifecycle, releases, and vendor relationships.
