Qualifications

• Deep understanding of customer process technology trends and semiconductor manufacturing applications.
• Goog knowledge in CVD/PVD/Etch processes and related equipment.
• Ability to understand process sensitivity and key process knobs.
• Experience as a trusted technical advisor to customers and strong engagement skills.
• Excellent communication to translate customer requirements into value.
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOWs), schedules, milestones, and resource planning.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across Product Development, Engineering, Service and Customer teams.
• Strong execution focus to deliver commitments and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product application roadmap for future solutions based on customer needs.
• Technically lead difficult application activities and teams at customer sites.
• Define and approve product application support plans for installations.
• Develop and transfer new application capabilities across the system envelope.
• Lead customer technical review meetings and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
