Job summary

You will mentor teams, shape project strategy, and ensure solutions meet business needs with strong governance and risk awareness. The role requires substantial leadership and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes.
• Analyze complex business processes and define solutions for high level problems.
• Provide SME knowledge in applications development and plan large assignments.
• Develop methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Apply deep knowledge of main system flows to achieve technology goals.
• Consult with end users to capture system specifications and design accordingly.
• Allocate work and coach developers, analysts, and new team members.
• Influence senior leaders and communicate with external parties.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and ethics.
