Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an experienced Technical Lead / Application Lead to shape and deliver large-scale digital solutions for clients across Southeast Asia. You will blend hands-on software discipline with leadership to drive solution excellence and stakeholder alignment.

As a technical architect and mentor, you will guide architecture design, cloud-native patterns, and SDLC governance, while accelerating delivery through Agile and DevOps practices across multiple projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Architect or engineering leader in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in application architecture and cloud-native designs.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python and CI/CD with Git.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and bridge tech and business.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture design and solution delivery for enterprise-scale applications.
• Define technical strategies and blueprints to meet business objectives.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentorship to developers and engineers across multiple projects.
• Ensure alignment with best practices, coding standards, and architecture governance frameworks.
• Oversee integration of applications with internal and third-party systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Manage the entire SDLC, from planning to release, leveraging Agile and DevOps practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance system performance and efficiency.
