Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an application support, system administration or related role.
• Knowledge of performance tuning for applications.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the production environment and drive performance.
• Respond to and resolve application incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve application issues.
• Analyze application performance and optimize it.
