The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in application support and strong technical skills in programming and monitoring tools. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an application support, system administration or related role.
• Hands on technical skills in modern programming languages.
• Experience with monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the production environment, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Respond to and resolve application incidents, documenting all resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Skills

Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL)

Stellar problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
