ROMULUS DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead in Singapore to oversee day-to-day coordination and delivery for Functional and Technical Maintenance Teams. You will drive incidents, enhancements, reporting, and automation initiatives to improve service quality.

The role requires strong leadership across application support, incident management, and release governance, with emphasis on delivering high-impact operational improvements in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise application maintenance, application support, managed services, or production support, including leading functional and technical teams.
Proven experience leading both functional and technical maintenance teams in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of incident, problem resolution, root-cause analysis, and escalation processes.
Experience overseeing application enhancements, testing, release coordination, and production deployment activities.
Familiarity with change control, release governance, and service-level management.
Experience working with dashboards, reporting, analytics, and BI requirements.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while balancing priorities and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coordination across Functional and Technical Maintenance Teams.
Oversee incidents, defects, and recurring operational problems to ensure timely resolutions.
Guide enhancements to BI capabilities, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
Coordinate development and delivery of operational and management reports for business units.
Drive automation initiatives to improve document generation and service materials.
Lead improvements to automated workflows for post-purchase and service fulfilment.
Review outputs to ensure quality before testing, deployment, or client submission.
Ensure approvals are obtained before changes are released to production.
