Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, People Operations for the APAC region. Lead the People Operations function across Asia Pacific, partnering with Global teams to design, develop, standardize, and continuously improve service delivery, governance, and processes to ensure a compliant, employee‑centric experience.

Oversee end‑to‑end lifecycle activities—onboarding, changes, leaves, organizational updates, and offboarding—and HR inquiry/case management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR Operations/People Operations
• Experience leading teams in regional/multi-country environments
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle administration and HR service delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC People Operations function and standardize service delivery
• Oversee onboarding, changes, leaves, organizational changes, and offboarding
• Manage HR inquiry and case management operations with timely, high-quality support
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics and employee feedback
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and internal controls
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders
