Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to manage international payroll processing across multiple APAC entities. You will report to the Head of International Accounting and collaborate with the Global Payroll team to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in payroll operations, with at least 5 years in international payroll.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle payroll processing for APAC international entities.
• Support expansion of payroll operations to new countries.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement process improvements.
