Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Consultant, Compliance to provide advisory support for APAC FX activities in Singapore, Australia and China. You will assist in monitoring, governance reporting, and regulatory impact assessments across the region.

The role requires strong knowledge of MAS regulations, FX derivatives, and cross-border compliance, with a collaborative approach to working with global risk and control teams. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous FX experience in a global financial institution.
• Knowledge of MAS Cross Border Exemption framework.
• Experience with regulatory reporting requirements for FX and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advisory support to the APAC FX team in Singapore, Australia, and China.
• Manage the monitoring and surveillance program for the APAC FX business.
• Represent compliance in governance forums and prepare reports and documentation.
