Job summary

NetEase Games in Singapore is seeking a Senior Action Designer to create and refine 3D action design across multiple styles, integrating engine-related work experience into the production pipeline.

You will design in-game character actions, analyze motion principles, and collaborate closely with the Lead Artist to set action style, templates, and specifications, while maintaining strong team communication.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in animation design; understanding of cinematography and camera techniques; body mechanics and movement rhythm.
• Rich imagination with excellent action design capabilities; able to create smooth and dynamic action performances.
• Strong teamwork awareness and good communication skills.
• Familiarity with action games; deep understanding of game feel in combat actions.
• 8+ years of professional experience in action design for large-scale games.
