Job summary

You will mentor animators, optimize pipelines, and coordinate with game design, art, and programming to deliver polished, on-brand gameplay experiences within tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in animation production for video games, including lead roles.
• Strong artistic and technical skills in character animation, timing, and weight.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of animation work and leadership experience in game development.
