Grab is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager for Geo and IoT in Singapore to lead a team of data scientists and collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to turn raw data into actionable insights that shape groundbreaking platform products.

You will present findings to executives, drive analytics-led decisions, and champion a data-driven culture with focus on quality and rapid iteration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data/quantitative experience in D2C or B2C contexts such as Marketplaces, Logistics, or Fulfilment.
• Proven leadership experience managing and growing data science teams.
• Strong technical fluency in SQL, Python, or R.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a high-performing team by recruiting, mentoring, and developing data scientists.
• Influence at the highest levels by presenting findings and strategic recommendations to executives.
• Drive business transformation by translating analytics into clear strategies across cross-functional teams.
