The role blends hands-on analytics with team leadership and stakeholder management, shaping KPI frameworks, governance, and standardized reporting across the organization. A contract arrangement is required for a 2-year engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI data cleaning, transformation and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and transformation.
• Experience with Snowflake datasets and governance.
• 7–10 years of analytics or BI experience.
• 2–3 years of people leadership or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics roadmap and prioritize dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Coach analysts and review Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions for leadership.
• Design Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure reliable Snowflake datasets.
• Promote data governance, KPI standardisation and reporting practices.
