Job summary

ETHOS SEARCH ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior Analytics Lead to own the enterprise analytics roadmap across Finance, Procurement, HR, Research Administration and Corporate Functions.

You will coach a team of Data Analysts, set priorities, and deliver high-impact dashboards and KPI scorecards to support leadership decisions. Collaborate with data engineers, governance teams and AI groups to ensure data quality, lineage and governed datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 7–10 years of analytics, BI or performance management experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership/mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics roadmap across priority domains (Finance, Procurement, HR, Research Administration, Corporate Functions).
• Deliver high-impact dashboards, KPI scorecards, and diagnostic analytics.
• Institute standards for dashboards, definitions, versioning, and governance.
