SMBC Group in Singapore seeks an Analyst to support securitisation, structured finance and credit products. You will analyse credit, market and financial data, prepare submissions and assist in transaction execution, monitoring and reporting. Fresh graduates welcome and cross-functional teamwork is essential.

You will engage with clients and internal stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to risk, regulatory and operational standards in a fast-paced banking environment.

Competenze

• 0–5 years’ experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in securitisation, ABS, structured finance, credit products, or bank origination preferred.
• Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
• Motivated, curious and fast-paced environment capable.
• Team player with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and statements.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking and credit roles.
• High numeracy and ability to model financials.
• Basic understanding of legal docs and financing terms.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal business communication.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Influencing skills and ability to present clear arguments.
• Ability to condense complex issues into readable reports.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.

• Deliver financial and non-financial performance targets per risk policies.
• Promote securitisation and structured finance across activities.
• Support transaction execution, closing and monitoring.
• Prepare term sheets, offer letters and financing proposals.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare reports.
• Review loan agreements and related documents; liaise with legal.
• Review third-party reports for loan distributions.
• Conduct credit, market and financial analysis and cash flow modelling.
• Prepare credit submissions for internal approvals.
