Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business planning and strategic decisions, and prepare related business presentations, papers and supporting documents
• Support client and partnership development activities to identify business opportunities, including coordination of information, concierge support, follow-ups, and internal process tracking with internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of business strategies and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of client stakeholder communications, activity updates, and opportunity status
• Support business planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support business objectives
