Silicon Labs is seeking an IC design engineer in Singapore to advance analog/mixed-signal and RF architectures. You will design, simulate, and layout block-level circuits, assist in lab testing and debugging, and contribute to protection strategies for new designs.

Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential for success. The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, knowledge of CMOS processes, and the creation of robust designs suitable for mass production and potential patenting.

Qualifications

• PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s in microelectronics/electronics engineering.
• CMOS analog/mixed-signal design experience (BG, LDO, ADC, DAC, PLL, OSC, TX/RX).
• ESD and latchup knowledge.
• VerilogA and VerilogAMS modeling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform analog/mixed-signal architect, design and layout, simulation for block-level specs.
• Support RF design and layout, simulation for block-level specs.
• Be proficient in lab testing, characterization and troubleshooting.
• Develop new design methods for patenting or trade secret protection.
• Guide layout designers for sensitive custom layouts.
• Support product definition, test program development and manufacturing/customer needs.
• Conduct technical sharing.
• Be a good team player with internal and external partners.
