The role emphasizes ownership of design and verification, layout reviews, and collaboration across IC teams, with responsibilities for bringing up silicon and delivering first-time-right quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience with Serdes, HBM, UCIe and PLL.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso for schematic capture, layout and simulation.
• CMOS node design experience; FinFET a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to present to peers and non-experts.
• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 10+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, pre-layout and post-layout verification of high-speed mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop circuit schematics and perform detailed layout reviews and simulations.
• Optimize high-speed paths for low jitter and low power.
• Conduct design reviews and prepare slides and documentation.
• Support validation engineers and participate in silicon bring-up and characterization.
