Job summary

NiCE seeks a senior professional services engineer in Singapore to implement AML and financial crime solutions for APAC clients. You will design and deliver practical software components across on-premises and cloud environments, leveraging Java, JavaScript, SQL, and API integrations.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects and project teams to ensure delivery quality, maintainability and operational readiness while working under NiCE-FLEX hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solution implementation experience within financial services (banking, brokerage, insurance).
• Strong development background with Java, JavaScript, SQL and API integrations.
• Experience delivering professional services, technology delivery or enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Implement AML and financial crime tech solutions for customer projects.
• Develop, configure and support components using Java, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
• Design integrations with customer systems, internal platforms and third-party services.
