Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking a Digital Platforms & Community Manager to lead onboarding and training for the Alumni CRM and Alumni Community Platform. You will drive user adoption, deliver workshops for staff and alumni, and maintain self-help resources to support a thriving alumni network.

The role includes serving as the bridge between users and technical teams, collaborating with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Background in systems administration, user training, or digital platform management.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience moderating online communities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding programs and training materials for the Alumni CRM and the Alumni Community Platform.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and alumni and maintain user guides.
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify training needs across platforms.
• Serve as liaison between end-users and IT/vendors; troubleshoot issues and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement upgrades and enhancements.
