Job summary

NTU in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Alumni Engagement to plan and deliver alumni engagement initiatives for the College. You will drive events, communications and engagement programmes that foster lifelong relationships between alumni and the College.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Advancement, you will coordinate with the five Schools, the Office of Alumni Engagement and university stakeholders to strengthen alumni participation and engagement across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, events management or related fields.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in English; Chinese language ability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and deliver alumni engagement programmes, events and activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with alumni, volunteers and leaders.
Collaborate with five Schools, OAE and university stakeholders to execute initiatives.
Manage alumni communications via email, social media and other platforms.
Coordinate and oversee events, registrations, vendor coordination and post-event follow-up.
Maintain alumni records and engagement data; prepare reports and insights.
Assist with procurement, budgeting, and governance related to engagement activities.
