Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a frontline Customer Service Executive to handle flight bookings, provide timely flight details to customers, and maintain a friendly, reliable service.

You will engage directly with customers, ensuring inquiries are answered promptly and professionally. You will coordinate with Ops, Warehouse, Traffic and Planning teams; verify export documents, apply permits, monitor shipment status, ensure correct airfreight rates, and inform customers of any

• Min Diploma
• 5 years' experience in the same industry/field

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with customers with outstanding friendly and reliable service.
• Provide flight details to customers within 1 hour of booking.
• Check export documents compliance when processing export work orders.
• Apply the correct export permits and other export custom processes timely.
• Answer all calls within three rings.
• Monitor flight onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities.
• Coordinate with Ops, Warehouse, Traffic and Planning teams.
• Ensure airfreight rates are correct and up-to-date.
• Stay informed on airline or government changes/requirements.
• Submit monthly customer reports on time.
