Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to interpret customer needs and map them to Genesys solutions, services and consulting offerings. You will run discovery, demos and workshops with executives and technical staff to craft compelling business cases.

The role blends ~60% technical work with ~40% collaboration and storytelling, supporting large-scale deals across regions and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM integration, software implementation or coding.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, networking and security.
• Experience building CX/CCaaS solutions with AI techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build and present reusable solutions using Genesys tech and cloud services.
• Lead workshops with business users to uncover gaps and quantify benefits.
• Create discovery, architecture and design proposals for delivery.
• Demonstrate products to executives and stakeholders with clear ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, presales and partners to win deals.
