Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to lead account development and AI sector initiatives within the Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) collaboration with Enterprise Singapore, EDB and IMDA. You will manage a portfolio of high-growth tech firms and coordinate with government partners to drive innovation and growth from Singapore to regional and global markets.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the technology industry.
Experience in account or business development, investment, programme management or technology commercialisation is valued.
Strong analytical and communication skills for engaging senior leaders and government partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of high-growth technology companies, including AI start-ups, to support innovation and growth from Singapore.
Engage founders and leadership teams to understand growth plans and identify partnerships, customers, investors and government support.
Coordinate across DISG and government agencies to deliver company-level projects and market opportunities.
Develop and deliver AI initiatives, strengthen Singapore’s digital industry, and work with partners to create overseas opportunities for Singapore-based companies.
Build partnerships with venture capital firms and institutes to address AI capability gaps.
