Job summary

Singapore Public Service, within Enterprise Singapore's Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), offers a role that blends account development with AI sector growth to advance Singapore's digital economy through partnerships with tech companies.

You will manage a portfolio of high-growth AI and technology firms, engaging founders and C-suite leaders to map growth plans, and coordinate across DISG, EDB and IMDA to unlock opportunities, support internationalisation and drive innovative programmes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the technology industry.
• Background in account or business development, investment, programme management, or technology commercialization.
• AI experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to engage senior leaders, founders, technology leaders, investors, researchers and government partners.
• Proactive team player with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-growth technology companies, including high-potential AI start-ups, to support growth from Singapore and serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Engage founders, C-suite leaders and management teams to understand growth plans and identify partnerships, customers, investors, talent and government support.
• Coordinate across DISG, government agencies and ecosystem partners to deliver company-level projects and market opportunities.
• Develop and deliver AI sector initiatives across DISG and with government agencies, trade associations and industry partners.
• Develop and manage facilitative platforms that match AI companies with demand owners across priority sectors.
• Build partnerships with venture capital firms, institutes of higher learning, industry partners and government agencies to address AI capability gaps.
• Translate national AI priorities and emerging industry needs into enterprise development and opportunities.
