Job summary

Palo IT is hiring a SeniorAI-NativeEngineer (Software) in Singapore to lead complex features and AI-assisted development. You will guide technical decisions with Architects and cross-functional teams, applying Gen-E2 methodologies to accelerate delivery and raise engineering quality.

You will mentor engineers, establish AI best practices, and drive scalable, secure applications using ReactJS frontend and NodeJS/Java/Python backend. A strong AI-tooling background is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on software development experience.
• Experience in scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Strong background in architecture and leadership.
• Proficiency with ReactJS frontend and NodeJS/Java/Python backend.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex features and modules.
• Design high-performance, scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure code quality via testing, reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
