Palo IT Singapore seeks an AI-Native Engineer (Software) to design, build, and deliver production-grade applications while leveraging Generative AI as part of daily engineering workflow.

You will work with modern full-stack technologies for frontend and backend, with exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). The role emphasizes Gen-E2 methodology to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong frontend with ReactJS and backend with NodeJS/Java.
• Experience with AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks.
• Develop scalable, reliable, and secure software following best practices.
• Implement CI/CD automation and DevOps workflows.
• Ensure code quality via testing, reviews, and performance optimisation.
