Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is hiring an Application Architect – AI Applications to design and guide Gen AI applications across frontend, backend, cloud and agentic AI layers. You will set application architecture direction, mentor Fullstack Developers, and stay hands-on with ReactJS and Python when needed.

Senior/Tech Lead level expands to owning architecture across multiple engagements, defining guardrails, and representing architecture in client discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Gen AI applications across frontend, backend and cloud.
• Knowledge of security-by-design and microservices principles.
• Experience guiding ReactJS and Python development teams.
• Familiarity with RAG and LLMOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Gen AI application architecture and guardrails.
• Lead code quality reviews and governance across projects.
• Set API design, state management, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on development in ReactJS or Python when needed.
