AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support technical and niche hiring, including AI-related roles, across evolving technologies. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and market insights in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage client relationships, guide sourcing strategy, and mentor junior team members while delivering high-quality hires that align with contractual obligations and client SLAs. A business-proficient Korean speaker is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end (360) recruitment.
• Business-proficient Korean language skills, with the ability to effectively engage Korean-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
• Capable of independently sourcing candidates and building strong talent pipelines.
• Able to provide market insights, including talent availability, benchmarking, and hiring challenges.
• Background in the technology industry (highly preferred).
• Exposure to hiring for AI-related roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with hiring managers and regional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Client Stakeholder Relationships: Build trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers and deliver end-to-end recruitment services with counsel and SME knowledge on timelines and processes.
• Lead attraction strategy discussions with Sourcing and hiring managers based on market demand and skill requirements.
• Advise on best-fit candidate profiles and coaching for hiring managers.
