Prudential plc is seeking a Senior AI Governance Manager in Singapore to lead enterprise AI governance initiatives. The role oversees the lifecycle of AI systems, from registration to risk assessment, approval, monitoring and recertification, ensuring responsible and ethical deployment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Group AI, Cyber & AI teams, drive compliance with AI governance standards, and engage stakeholders across PACS and Group bodies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, data privacy and risk management.
• Experience with AI/ML governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PACS AI governance initiatives across lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with MAS guidelines and Group AI governance framework.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and governance standards.
• Coordinate AI risk assessments and approvals with stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports on AI systems and controls.
