Job summary

MOH Holdings (Singapore) is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, AI Engineering to translate business challenges into production-ready AI and data products. This senior IC role focuses on system design, coding, and delivering AI solutions from concept to production with measurable business impact.

You will partner with stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to shape scalable AI products, establish reusable engineering foundations and ensure governance and reliability across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Strong software-engineering fundamentals; hands-on Python and SQL experience.
• Experience designing APIs, data pipelines and enterprise integrations.
• Practical AI/ML patterns: model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, guardrails, human‑in‑the‑loop.

Responsibilities

• Shape solution and architecture with stakeholders, selecting technologies to meet outcomes.
• Design end-to-end AI and data solutions across apps, models, data, and cloud services.
• Build, deploy and operate production-grade AI applications including generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Create reusable cloud foundations, data architectures and engineering patterns for scalable AI products.
• Establish governance, testing, release practices and reliability measures for production AI.
