Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as described in the education section.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Practical data literacy to locate, extract, clean, validate and present information.
• Working understanding of AI, its opportunities and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on how AI and data improve operations, service delivery, risk management and capability.
• Assess MOHH's current capabilities across data, technology, people, processes, governance and partnerships.
• Analyze data and trends to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare analyses on build/buy/partner/options considering cost, interoperability and risk.
• Support strategy discussions with materials for prioritisation and decision-making.
• Help develop MOHH's AI and data strategy, priorities and roadmap.
• Maintain information on AI and data initiatives, including objectives, ownership, progress and risks.
• Consolidate and analyze information from initiative owners to support portfolio reporting.
• Prepare portfolio reports, management papers, presentations and briefing materials for decision-making.
• Assist in establishing baselines and tracking adoption, capability development and value realisation.
• Identify issues and shared dependencies across initiatives for management review.
• Support implementation of governance policies, standards, processes and guidance materials.
• Coordinate inputs from business, technology, cybersecurity, data protection, legal and other stakeholders.
• Monitor governance and data quality issues and support remediation.
• Support awareness and implementation of governance practices across processes.
