Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- "2+ years of experience leading engineering teams (3+ engineers)" in delivering complex software or AI/ML solutions.
- 5+ years of overall AI/technical experience.
- Strong hands-on engineering ability in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Proven track record architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Experience delivering AI/ML or generative AI solutions in production with measurable business impact.
- Experience with modern AI tooling (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams from client problem statement to working prototype, MVP, or production-ready solution.
- Define technical architecture, technology stack, and delivery approach for complex AI initiatives.
- Oversee building and shipping AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
- Make architectural trade-offs balancing speed, quality, security, scalability, cost, and value.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade reliability, security, and observability standards.
