Job summary

You will work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges with hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, data science expertise, and hands-on experience implementing AI-driven solutions across frontend and backend

Qualifications

• Experience in Agentic AI engineering or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of AI techniques and hands-on experience with agentic frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and open-source libraries in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of analytics and AI-driven solutions addressing business challenges.
• Design, develop, and implement AI products leveraging Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and maintain AI-powered agents and applications from PoC to production.
• Develop software across frontend and backend with cloud-based data architectures.
• Improve workflows with automation, reusable components, tooling, and standardized engineering practices.
• Conduct functional and performance testing using various techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with tech teams on cloud-based agent architecture and implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and apply Agile delivery methodologies.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle including roadmap, development, testing, deployment, and enhancement.
• Define non-functional requirements and assess compliant database solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and identify AI automation opportunities.
