Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a passionate AI Engineer to join the AI Engineering team focused on Agentic AI and Digital Agents. You will work across the full lifecycle of AI solution development—prompt engineering, context management, and deployment into real business environments.

You will collaborate with senior AI engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable AI systems that automate workflows, improve productivity, and transform enterprise operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with enterprise AI deployment and Digital Worker platforms.
• Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing fundamentals.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, REST services, and software integration.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Cloud-based AI solutions and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and workflow execution.
• Build solutions leveraging LLMs, tool usage, memory, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Implement function calling, structured outputs, and automated workflows.
• Develop RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Optimize AI system performance, reliability, scalability, and response quality.
• Assist in evaluating and benchmarking AI model effectiveness.
