Job summary

ADATAGROUP, a Singapore-based trade-tech company, seeks a Senior AI Developer to own and advance AI capabilities powering its cross-border trade platform. You will design, build, and deploy LLM-powered systems that process live freight and customs documents daily.

You will work across document intelligence, customs automation, and trade compliance, improving extraction accuracy and orchestrating multi-step workflows for permit automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM experience with production-grade software.
• Strong Python programming and API design.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise AI capabilities across document intelligence and trade automation.
• Develop scalable Python/FastAPI backend services powering the AI platform.
• Improve data extraction from invoices, forms, and shipping docs.
• Evaluate new AI models and integrations; ensure production reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with technical leadership on AI strategy and product direction.
