Job summary

Innova Digital Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a highly experienced System Analyst specialized in Compliance & AI to join our Southeast Asia team. You will drive end-to-end MLS system implementations, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust data/process mapping across platforms.

You will collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Leads to ensure design adherence to enterprise standards, while coordinating with vendors and test teams to deliver on time and with quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in application architecture and system integration with Unix/Linux/Apache/Jboss and MariaDB/NoSQL.
• Minimum 8 years of CI/CD implementation experience with GitHub, Gitlab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Aldon.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Unix shell scripting, SQL, Java or Python.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application and database design and UI/UX design.
• Minimum 8 years in business analysis, data mapping and process mapping.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects for MLS system implementation.
• Ensure designs meet security and control standards in collaboration with architects and development leads.
• Coordinate with group-wide application teams to implement enhancements per the technical plan.
• Translate user requirements into design documents and system documentation.
• Oversee SIT/UAT, performance/load testing and application security testing with quality results.
• Manage external vendors and deployment schedules; provide testing support pre/post production.
