Job summary

DA SOFTWARE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced AI/LLM-focused analyst to drive agentic workflow development in Singapore. Design AI agents, build RAG pipelines, and ensure data privacy and PDPA compliance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

You will bridge core banking and regulatory needs, translate objectives into BRD/FRS/FSD and user stories, and manage delivery with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI agents and LLM pipelines.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations, MAS FEAT, and PDPA.
• Ability to translate business needs into BRD/FRS/FSD and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and LLMs using Python 3.11, Groq API, and Llama 3.3 70B.
• Ensure data privacy and PDPA compliance in RAG pipelines.
• Bridge business needs across Core Banking, KYC/AML with MAS guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering using SQL, REST APIs, JSON, microservices, cloud, MockAPI.io, Git, VS Code.
• Drive Agile delivery with sprint planning, UAT, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
