You will lead troubleshooting in Kubernetes, Linux, networking and cloud environments, drive automation, and collaborate with engineers to improve services for an international client base.

Qualifications

• Advanced Kubernetes and Linux administration expertise.

• Proficient in Python and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on AI/ML training, inference and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of advanced issues across Kubernetes, Linux, networking and cloud environments.
• Serve as escalation point and guide complex troubleshooting scenarios.
• Investigate storage-related issues and optimize performance.
• Apply AI/ML knowledge to support model deployment and pipelines.
• Design Python/Bash automation scripts to streamline workflows.
• Deliver timely updates with clear root cause analyses to customers.
• Escalate unresolved problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify improvements.
