Nebius is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer to join the Token Factory team and help customers productionize AI workloads on Nebius infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, delivery and customer success, ensuring promised capabilities translate into reliable production deployments. You will collaborate with customer engineering teams, Solution Architects, and Product/Infrastructure teams to drive stable, performant, and cost-efficient implementations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with inference frameworks and AI workloads.
• Strong understanding of cloud/infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to communicate complex topics.

Aufgaben

• Own the production journey for customer deployments.
• Ensure workloads are deployed, stable, and scalable.
• Drive time-to-production and time-to-value.
• Monitor performance, cost, and reliability, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Act as a technical partner with guidance on best practices.
• Manage incidents and coordinate with internal teams.
