Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive automation-focused professional to help prioritize AI/automation projects from idea to implementation. You will translate business needs into clear problem statements, select the right tools, and orchestrate end-to-end workflows across data, reporting, and notifications.

Responsibilities include collaborating with business users, delivering end-to-end launches, and continuously learning about AI tools and automation best practices to uplift team capability.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming AI/automation project requests from the PM and business stakeholders.
• Understand business objectives and translate vague requests into actionable problem statements.
• Independently assess feasibility, effort, and impact to prioritize projects and determine sequencing.
• Define the solution approach and select appropriate tools for each use case.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Python scripts, and AI tools.
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and feed data into automation pipelines.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and well-documented for handover or future iteration.
• Work with business users to gather requirements in their own language and communicate progress clearly.
