Job summary

Shopee Singapore BPM seeks a data‑driven professional to bridge business, engineering and design, owning AI‑driven product initiatives. You will surface problems, prototype lightweight AI tools, and expand capabilities with Python, while analysing data to boost recommendations and processes.

You will collaborate across BD, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver measurable business impact and scalable solutions in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science or related technical field.
• Basic coding ability required; Python proficiency is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify & Define Problems by partnering with BD, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Prototype & Build AI Solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Expand AI Capabilities using basic coding to extend tooling.
• Analyze user behavior and operational data to inform decisions.
• Translate goals into AI-driven solutions with measurable KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor adoption and impact.
• Contribute to company‑wide AI programs through workshops and training.
• Stay up to date with AI trends and evaluate business potential.
