Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Application Developer to join a multidisciplinary team in Singapore. You will design, develop, deploy and maintain AI-powered applications focusing on LLMs, agentic AI and automation to boost operations.

Responsibilities include data pipelines, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks; multi-agent orchestration; enterprise system integration; and monitoring, governance and security to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field; master's advantageous.
• At least 3 years in AI application development or related field.
• Experience deploying LLMs, AI agents, or GenAI in production.
• Strong Python/SQL (or R) programming skills; cloud familiarity (AWS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, DevSecOps and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of LLM-based AI applications.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, prompts, and RAG workflows.
• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered apps including multi-agent orchestration.
• Apply NLP/ML to extract insights from datasets.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.
• Develop monitoring, evaluation, and explainability frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
• Prepare dashboards and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
