Job summary

SHIELD AI TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Software Engineer (ML/AI) to build and enhance proactive fraud-detection systems across our clients’ platforms.

You will work with data, AI, and engineering to protect ecosystems, experiment with ML methods, and collaborate with engineers and analysts to achieve shared project goals.

Responsibilities include researching new methods, writing clear documentation, and ensuring system reliability through testing and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and version control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive systems leveraging ML/AI.
• Enhance AI-based and alert-based systems.
• Research and prototype new methods for proactive fraud detection.
• Explore data signals to improve fraud identification accuracy.
• Conduct testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Write documentation for systems, workflows, and findings.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to achieve goals.
